Motorcycle Sales Associate – Full-Time
Exclusive Cycles of West Palm – West Palm Beach, FL
Exclusive Cycles of West Palm, an authorized dealer for Aprilia, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. This role is primarily focused on motorcycle sales while also supporting accessories, parts, and warranty product sales.
The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles
Drive sales of accessories, parts, and extended warranty products
Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and online inquiries
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with finance and management to finalize deals
Maintain showroom organization and presentation standards
Requirements:
Full-time availability
Previous sales experience (motorcycle, automotive, or retail preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on commission
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
Experience in motorcycle or powersports sales
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Knowledge of motorcycles, gear, and riding culture
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $45,000 per year plus commissions
Performance-based earning potential with no cap
