About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will own 6 to 8 active interior remodeling projects at a time, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole home transformations. You will recruit and lead skilled crews, coordinate schedules and trades, manage the day to day flow of construction, and deliver the red carpet experience our clients expect. Our average project value is significant, and many of our projects are high-end homes where attention to detail and client communication are everything.
You will be the steady hand that keeps each project on schedule, on budget, and on standard. You will guide homeowners through their renovation with clear communication and genuine care, solve problems before they become delays, and hold every crew to the craftsmanship standards that have made Revive the most awarded remodeler in Tampa Bay. We are vertically integrated with our own cabinet supply through Momentum Cabinetry and in house plumbing and electrical through Revive Trades, which means you have the team and resources to deliver without the breakdowns competitors face.
What You'll Do
- Manage 6 to 8 interior remodeling projects at once, from pre construction through final punch and closeout.
- Recruit, lead, and hold accountable the construction crews and trade partners on your projects.
- Coordinate scheduling, trades, inspections, and material deliveries so every project stays on pace and on budget.
- Deliver a 5 star, red carpet client experience with proactive, transparent communication at every stage.
- Be the primary point of contact for homeowners, building trust and guiding them confidently through their renovation.
- Read and understand scopes of work, floor plans, and construction documents, and translate them into action on site.
- Solve problems and resolve issues quickly and calmly before they cause delays or impact the client.
- Uphold craftsmanship standards and conduct workmanship oversight on every phase of construction.
- Keep projects organized and on track using our project management technology (Buildertrend).
- Partner with our design, purchasing, and trades teams to keep every project moving forward seamlessly.
- Protect the client relationship and set the stage for a 5 star review and future referrals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing high-end interior remodels.
- Strong, hands on knowledge of home remodeling: plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and finishes.
- Excellent project coordination and construction scheduling skills, specifically with home remodeling.
- Outstanding people and communication skills, with a real gift for customer service and managing client relationships.
- A proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage construction crews throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- A self starter and natural leader who thrives in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
- A strong desire to succeed and a positive, winning, solutions first attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems. Experience with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
