Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets.
- Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers by ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
