Position: Shop Associate – Entry Level

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company and learn about machining, welding, automated assembly, electrical panel building and engineering.
The job will consist of general maintenance throughout the shop, including cleaning machines, changing coolants, and general grounds maintenance. Other duties are shipping/receiving and stocking of parts.
In addition, the applicant will assist with machine builds and installation when needed. If dedication and work initiative are shown, promotions to other departments are available.
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Use hand and power tools, read a tape measure
- Basic math for crate building
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
- Ability to work independently. Self-starter.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid WI Driver’s license with good driving record
- Basic mechanical skills (drilling/tapping holes)
- Shipping/receiving experience
- ERP experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
