We're hiring for multiple kitchen leadership and production roles, including Line Cook, Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine. Strong candidates may be hired directly into leadership positions, while developing cooks will have opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Culinary Experience
- Experience in fine dining, upscale casual dining, or other high-quality culinary environments.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

Leadership Potential
- For Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine candidates: experience leading, training, and motivating kitchen teams.

Communication & Teamwork
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities will vary based on position and experience level but may include:
- Preparing and executing menu items to established standards.
- Assisting with daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and service.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
- Monitoring food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Collaborating with leadership on seasonal menus, specials, and recipe development.
- Helping create an efficient, positive, and accountable kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required; fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
