Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming commercial environments. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety standards, and supports our mission to “Create a Culture of Clean.”
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Perform floor care tasks to maintain appearance and safety
- Assist with custodial services in offices, churches, and industrial facilities
- Report maintenance issues or repair needs promptly
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members on larger cleaning projects
Required Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina for lifting, moving materials, and extended standing
- Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Janitorial or custodial experience
- Commercial or industrial cleaning background (preferred, not required)
- Floor care experience
- Facilities maintenance or porter experience
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment
