NW Construction is seeking Class A CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our team. Work consists primarily of local construction projects with occasional out-of-town work and opportunities to work on prevailing wage projects.
We are looking for dependable, safety-oriented individuals who are team players, willing to help where needed, and able to work alongside crews in the field when necessary.
Experienced construction drivers are preferred; however, motivated individuals with a newer Class A CDL who are eager to learn and work hard are encouraged to apply.
The Position
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating solo dump trucks and super 18 dump trucks safely and efficiently
Hauling materials to and from construction projects
Assisting crews on-site as needed during slower truck time or active project work
Performing daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment care
Working safely around heavy equipment and active construction zones
Following project and safety requirements at all times
What we are looking for
Valid Class A CDL
Experience operating:
Solo 4-axle dump truck
Super 18 / 7-axle dump truck (18 CY) preferred
Lowboy experience is a plus
Clean driving record
Reliability, honesty, and strong work ethic
Safety-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Experience working around heavy equipment and construction sites preferred
Willingness to assist with labor duties when needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Pay & Benefits
Bi-Weekly pay schedule (every two weeks)
Private wage starting at $26 +
Prevailing Wage when on public works projects

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have Class A CDL
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Must have a clean driving record
