We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as a Line Cook. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen is prepared with consistency, care, and efficiency.
Whether you’re seeking a steady full‑time position or a flexible part‑time schedule, we have shifts available to fit your needs.
We’d love to have one full‑time cook, but we’re also open to two part‑time hires for the following shifts:
Monday–Wednesday, 7AM–3PM and Thursday–Saturday, 7AM–3PM.
The shift would start at 6:30 AM (please be punctual!) to get prepped & setup for breakfast service at 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation — Prep ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain portion consistency across all menu items.
- Line Cooking — Execute dishes during service with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation.
- Station Management — Keep your station stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift.
- Kitchen Cleanliness — Assist with sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining overall kitchen hygiene.
- Inventory Support — Help receive, rotate, and store deliveries properly.
- Team Collaboration — Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Positive Attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Food & flavor knowledge for continued menu development
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Pay
$14-17/hr based on experience + tips
(Tips usually add up to an additional $2 per hour)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
