Join our dynamic, new Pain Management practice as our Practice Manager and lead the day to day operations. You will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties
- Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting.
- Supervise medical administrative support staff, nurses, and office personnel to promote high performance and professional growth
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality and security of medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Coordinate with healthcare providers on medical management plans, utilization management, and managed care processes to optimize patient outcomes
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling
- Ensure clinic meets accreditation standards and maintains high-quality standards for patient safety and care quality
Experience
- Proven experience managing a medical office with strong knowledge of medical office management principles, insurance pre authorization, and general scheduling.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in clinical environments
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalWorks).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations
- Strong understanding of managed care processes, utilization management, and insurance billing procedures
