This position will be at the new location opening at 1901 Silverada Blvd, Reno, NV 89512.
As Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising the operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the GM in coaching employees to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervising a staff of 2-5 or more employees on each shift
- Training and coaching team members
- Maintaining fast, clean, accurate service, positive guest relations
- Executing administrative duties including inventory counts, and food safety standards
- Ensure correct procedures are used to prepare food with consistent quality
- Help General Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Foodservice management experience preferred
