Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, refurbishment, and finish work on modular buildings
- Complete assigned tasks fully and to quality standards (no partial or unfinished work)
- Install doors, hardware, trim, flooring, fixtures, and exterior components
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, caulking, and general labor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions and communicate clearly about task status
- Travel to job sites as needed (company covers travel costs)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
- Basic hand/power tool experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment without cutting corners
