What You'll Do
- Lead leasing and resident retention efforts to maximize occupancy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Manage resident relations, renewals, and community events.
- Support property operations, rent collections, and administrative functions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Develop leadership skills while working alongside an experienced management team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar multifamily housing role.
- Strong sales and closing skills with a proven ability to convert prospects into residents.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to advance professionally.
- Experience with Yardi is preferred.
