This role is directly accountable for the development, training, rollout, and sustained execution of facility-specific VBP work plans and other corporate clinical initiatives, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and facility-level performance.
Reporting to the SVP of Administrative and Clinical Services, this leader provides direct oversight of Corporate Nurse Consultants and partners closely with Operations, Compliance, and facility leadership to ensure consistency, survey readiness, and high-quality resident outcomes across all centers.
