MEDICAL SPA RECEPTIONIST
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, processing payments, giving tours of the spa facility. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.
Duties also include administrative and clerical duties, such as distributing mail, filing, data entry and the
preparation of thank you cards, letters and documents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on web requests immediately upon receipt and until contacted or scheduled
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls 48 hours in advance
- Conduct revenue reconciliation at the end of EVERY day
- Ensure the spa is always staged for maximum buyer impact
- Knowledge of all promotions, services, products and packages sold by the spa
- Meet and greet customers, providing a positive and friendly attitude
- Check in customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointments
- Schedule follow-up appointments for all patients
- Write thank you cards for all new clients on behalf of Spa owner
- Provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby and reception area
- Clean office furniture, laundry, and maintain periodicals
- Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of clients
- Anticipate, identify and ensure client needs are being met in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor client satisfaction with daily follow up calls, surveys, verbal feedback, etc…
Pay: $22.27 - $27.00 per hour
