We’re excited to announce that we’re hiring a part-time Bridal Stylist to join our growing team at Arc Bridal!
Our stylists work one-on-one with brides during their appointments, creating a thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely fun experience for both brides and their guests.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has previous retail or customer-facing experience
- Is a strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Is dependable and excited to grow with a small business long-term
What You’ll Do:
- Lead one-on-one bridal appointments from start to finish, guiding brides through gown selection and creating a thoughtful, supportive experience as they find their dress.
- Create a memorable, personalized experience for brides and their guests
- Follow up with brides via email and phone
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining the store
- Help with general day-to-day operations of the shop
Availability Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
This is a weekend-focused role.
- Saturday availability is required.
- Must be available to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month
- Additional availability (weekday evenings and/or occasional Sunday afternoons) is a plus
