- Creating connections in churches, communities and conference
Weekly Duties
Colton
- Connecting into city-wide ministry, FCA and Bible studies
Chester
- Building new ministry, perhaps starting public school ministry (i.e., FCA, Bible study, etc.)
Dell Rapids
- Presence in worship in rotation with other churches
- Occasionally leading the children’s message and prepping it each week
- Connecting with high schoolers once a month
- Building connection with Dell Rapids Public School
- Growing a children’s church kids ministry during worship
Garretson
- Once a week Bible study and fellowship
- Twice a month connections outside of church, sporting events, band, lunch time
- Leading Confirmation
- Once a month in a worship rotation, engaging as worship leader
Together
- Once a quarter bringing the cluster kids and students together
- Engaging in Dakotas Conference activities
- Working towards an annual mission trip
Education and Experience
- Deep Christian faith with teaching experience
- High school education or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relatable with kids and youth with passion, enthusiasm and adaptability
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
