TPE Logistics Solutions is hiring Appliance Delivery Helpers for a white-glove home delivery operation serving Lowe's customers through RXO.
This is a full-time W-2 employee position.
This is not a basic package delivery position. We are looking for dependable team members who understand the importance of customer service, safe lifting practices, product protection, and working efficiently as part of a professional two-person delivery team.

Pay and Incentives
- Flat daily pay of $170
- Weekly W-2 payroll

What You Will Do
- Work as part of a professional two-person appliance delivery team.
- Assist with residential delivery of appliances and other large products using white-glove service standards.
- Safely load, unload, carry, move, and position appliances inside customers' homes.
- Assist with appliance placement, basic connections, or installation when required and authorized.
- Protect customers' floors, walls, doorways, furniture, and other property during every delivery.
- Remove packaging materials and haul-away items when included with the customer's order.
- Inspect merchandise before delivery and immediately report any damage or discrepancies.
- Secure appliances and merchandise properly during transportation.
- Operate appliance dollies, hand trucks, lifting straps, ramps, liftgates, and other delivery equipment safely.
- Use a handheld device when necessary for photographs, delivery documentation, or proof of delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and management.
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer-service standards.
- Help maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing TPE Logistics Solutions, RXO, and Lowe's.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
- Work additional hours when needed during high-volume periods.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have previous experience in appliance delivery, furniture delivery, moving, warehouse work, construction, or other physically demanding work preferred.
- Be physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering heavy appliances with a partner and proper equipment.
- Be able to repeatedly lift at least 75 pounds with assistance and proper equipment.
- Be able to climb stairs and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Be comfortable using appliance dollies, hand trucks, lifting straps, ramps, and other delivery equipment.
- Be able to work inside customers' homes while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude.
- Be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
- Have reliable transportation to and from the Savannah-area work location.
- Be available to work until the assigned delivery route is completed.
- Be able to work additional hours during peak delivery periods.
- Be willing to work as a W-2 employee of TPE Logistics Solutions.
A driver's license is preferred but not required for this position.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:
- Appliance delivery
- Furniture delivery
- Residential white-glove delivery
- Moving companies
- Warehouse operations
- Construction or skilled labor
- Final-mile or last-mile delivery
- Customer service
- Working as part of a two-person delivery crew
