Customer Service Representative
Location: Lubbock, TX
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key player in turning client ideas into reality — working closely with our sales staff, production team, and management to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers and sales reps
- Estimate print projects and create detailed job tickets
- Track orders through production to ensure quality and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with multiple departments to solve challenges and keep projects moving
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities at once
