We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to do in-home visits around the Charlotte area. In this position you will have the freedom to build your own caseload with provided referrals (part time or full time, pay per visit) and create your own schedule while receiving the benefits of being part of a team of caring professionals. Our focus is early intervention, birth to 3, but we cater to children of all ages. We offer competitive per visit rates commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities: As a physical therapist you will schedule and coordinate regular home visits with parents/caregivers for in-home intervention activities and parent education. Provides discipline-specific treatment for special needs Pediatric population, including evaluation, planning, documentation, and professional communication. Also, provide discipline-specific consultation to other early intervention staff..
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school program of physical therapy.
- Currently licensed to practice as an Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Clinical experience working with infants/young children with developmental delays, 1 year or more preferred.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Passion to help and motivate others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
