Primary Accountabilities:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing operations within our animal health supplement facility. This role is responsible for receiving materials, preparing packaging and labels, maintaining inventory accuracy, staging production materials, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, follows established procedures, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential to ensure inventory accuracy, product quality, and on-time shipments.
This position requires the ability to meet Level 4 Physical Demand Requirements, including frequent lifting, pallet handling, and operation of material handling equipment.
Major Duties:
- Receiving, handling, and shipping materials and finished goods.
- Label packaging, finished product cases, and pallets according to company specifications.
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage and shipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using a walk-behind forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Verify outgoing shipments against paperwork such as Bill of Ladings.
- Order fulfillment and shipping.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations.
- Inventory & materials management
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Receive, shelve, and rotate ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Stage ingredients and packaging materials for manufacturing production runs.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Production support
- Prepare packaging materials and labels for production schedules.
- Apply labels accurately and verify product information before use.
- Assist production personnel with material movement and staging as needed.
- Ensure all materials are available and ready for scheduled manufacturing activities.
- Perform routine warehouse and production support sanitation activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment.
- Rigorously adheres to Bimini LLC’s food safety policies.
- Effectively communicates and works with others to achieve goals and initiatives.
- Protects Bimini’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Performs other work-related duties as the need arises and as assigned by

Required Qualifications:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel) Preferred.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Successful completion of all pre-employment background check, drug screening and physical capacity assessments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment and be held accountable for results with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task effectively with attention to detail and quality.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
