Full Job Description

The Patio Kitchen Cook II is responsible for a variety of food preparation duties and supports kitchen and restaurant staff members to provide an excellent quality of food and customer service.

Prepares all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently.
Prepares plates and baskets according to established proper presentation standards.
Organizes, rotates, and stocks hot lines properly.
Meets guests needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals.
Ensures the employee dining area is properly supplied with freshly prepared food.
Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations.
Works in a safe manner at all times.
Assists in other kitchens of the Casino as necessary.
Keeps the work area clean and organized and deep cleans the area at the end of shifts.
Follows the proper closing procedure with cleaning and labeling.
Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
Promotes positive public and employee relations.
Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
Must have food service or Culinary Arts degree.
3 years' related culinary work.
Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
