Summary of position:
The Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently coordinating mobile tire technicians to service jobs across various customer sites. This role ensures timely and accurate dispatching for farm, construction, industrial, and commercial tire needs while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The Dispatcher also manages work order creation, billing, and specific customer requirements.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assign appropriate mobile tire technicians to service calls based on location, job type, and technician skill set.

Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service scheduling and updates.

Address customer-specific needs and ensure accurate documentation of requirements.

Create detailed work orders for each job, including labor, parts, and service details.

Process billing accurately and promptly in accordance with company policies.

Maintain records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent service needs.

Education and Experience:

Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
