Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure protocols are followed
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
