We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the physical plant, safety systems, and overall environment of our skilled nursing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, compliant, and well-functioning building that supports both residents and staff.

Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and plant operations
Ensure compliance with life safety, fire codes, and regulatory requirements
Manage preventative maintenance programs and work order systems
Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors/contractors
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Prepare for and participate in state surveys and inspections
Manage departmental budget, supplies, and inventory
Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
Strong knowledge of life safety codes, emergency preparedness, and facility compliance
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
Experience managing staff and coordinating vendors
Ability to respond to emergencies and on-call situations as needed
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
