Quality and safety-oriented machine operator. Work in an efficient manner to ensure smooth flow through shop. Willing to work overtime as needed. Keep a clean and organized shop. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Router

Set up and operate Manual Mill
- Set up and operate Manual lathe
- Operate various pedestal grinders, buffers, and wire wheels
- Perform tasks while ensuring safety requirements are met
- Responsible for daily production and ensures that work is completed on-time and within quality standards
- Responsible for documenting accuracy and ensuring all inspection criteria are met
- Perform equipment maintenance as recommended
- May be asked to work in other departments as required by the business
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment

Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- 1-3 years experience operating manual machining equipment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.
