General Manager
The General Manager leads the restaurant team to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and financial profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage financial budgets and performance reports
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
