Lantman’s Market is Hiring a Deli Assistant Manager!

As an extension of this, we are seeking a passionate bakery associate to work with our bakery manager to bake from scratch and par bake delicious baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing par baked products to be thawed for the following days bake
- Par baking according to specific par baked steps
- Baking store-made baked goods according to recipes
- Interacting with customers to answer questions. Taking special orders from customers
- Maintaining merchandised and back stocked inventory. Labeling, stocking, dating, rotating, and culling of department products
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of storage spaces
- Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Washing dishes and cleaning
- Position reports directly to bakery manager
- Position requires repetitive lifting, twisting, and reaching. Position requires the employee to be able to work in a walk-in freezer environment for short periods of time
