Required Qualifications:

Previous experience operating light maintenance and cleaning equipment (i.e. mowers, edgers, vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, extractors, etc.).

Ability to move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.

Must be able to climb a six ft ladder.

Must be able to independently follow written instructions.

Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the proper use of chemicals and compounds used in the custodial process.

Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the operation, care and use of all assigned custodial equipment.
