You must own or lease your own semi-truck (Dry Van, Flatbed, or Reefer) and operate under your own authority.What We Provide For Our Carriers:
- No Forced Dispatch: You have 100% control over where you drive and when you go home.
- True Rate Negotiation: We fight brokers to secure top-dollar market rates per mile, detention pay, and layovers.
- Paperwork Handling: We manage all broker setups, rate confirmations, and billing/factoring submissions so you can focus on driving.
- Dedicated Support: 24/7 route support and weather monitoring.
Requirements:
- Must own or lease a road-ready tractor.
- Must have an active MC Number and DOT Authority.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Active commercial auto and cargo insurance.
Compensation:
Drivers retain 90%–95% of the gross load payout. Our dispatch fee is a flat [Insert your percentage, e.g., 7%] fee per load booked. Weekly gross revenue averages $5,000–$8,000 depending on your equipment and lane choices.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
