About aligrace
aligrace is a California-based denim brand known for transforming vintage Levi’s into elevated, one-of-a-kind pieces. Our collections are sold through leading retailers including Revolve, Anthropologie, and FWRD, as well as directly through our website.
We are a small, creative, and highly collaborative team working across design, production, e-commerce, wholesale, content, and brand partnerships. Everyone plays a meaningful role in bringing our collections to life—from organizing the production process to preparing orders, coordinating samples, and supporting monthly photo shoots.
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Studio Production, Fulfillment & Brand Operations Coordinator to join our San Diego team.
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes fashion role centered around production flow, inventory organization, quality control, and fulfillment, with opportunities to support VIP sample shipments, campaign shoots, content days, collection launches, and other creative brand projects.
You’ll help manage the second half of our production cycle, coordinating garments as they move through laundry, the seamstress queue, quality control, packing, and final shipment. You’ll also take ownership of preparing and shipping direct-to-consumer Shopify orders, larger wholesale orders, and curated samples for celebrities, influencers, stylists, press, and retail partners.
Because we are a small and growing brand, no two days look exactly the same. One day you may be organizing denim for upcoming orders and coordinating the production queue; the next, you may be preparing a VIP gifting shipment, pulling samples for a stylist, organizing complete looks for a campaign shoot, or helping manage wardrobe behind the scenes on set.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and exposure to multiple areas of the fashion industry. You’ll learn how a growing brand operates across production, e-commerce, wholesale, inventory, creative projects, and general business operations—with room to grow into a larger role as aligrace continues to scale.
