Romarine is excited to announce that we’re accepting applications for Fiberglass Laminators and Repair/Patch Technicians to join our team in the composite manufacturing industry. We’re looking for driven, dependable individuals who want to grow and advance their skills with us!
Position Available:
- Fiberglass Laminators
- Repair/Patch Technician
At Romarine, we provide on-the-job training, though prior experience is preferred. Our ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the fiberglass or boating industry and a strong understanding of fiberglass and gel coat repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and fabricate composite parts
- Use hand tools to roll and shape fiberglass
- Operate power tools to trim and cut fiberglass
- Spray gel coat using industry-standard equipment
- Wax molds and parts to ensure quality finishes
- Perform patch and gel coat repairs
- Lift over 50 lbs regularly
- Meet production deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the fiberglass, boating, or related industry (auto body, carpentry, painting)
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- References preferred
