Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of devices and plans
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing the cash drawer with retail math precision
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments with strong POS familiarity
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team collaboration and store operations oversight
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for seamless communication with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills combined with friendly phone etiquette to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and basic math for transactions
- Prior experience in cash register operations, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products naturally and professionally
