Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) – Content Supply Chain & Generative AI
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Possibillity of extension)
Pay Rate: $70.00 – $90.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead the people side of AI adoption for a Global Technology Organization. This role partners closely with senior technology leadership to ensure AI-enabled capabilities are successfully adopted across Global Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, and other cross-functional business teams.
The ideal candidate understands that AI initiatives succeed or fail based on organizational adoption rather than technology alone. You should be comfortable supporting the full AI solution lifecycle—from use case prioritization and stakeholder discovery through iterative development, user validation, deployment, and sustained adoption.
This role requires someone who can facilitate discovery workshops, influence executive stakeholders, measure adoption outcomes, and develop change strategies that drive measurable business value. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite four days per week and collaborate across U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Change Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for AI adoption programs, including:
- Generative AI content workflows
- AI-assisted decision-making tools
- Intelligent automation initiatives
- Develop stakeholder segmentation, personas, and audience-specific change journeys across marketing, creative, technology, and operations.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to support program planning and prioritization.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and future-state design sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
- Develop executive dashboards, adoption metrics, benefits realization reports, and ROI tracking.
- Create learning and enablement strategies, including AI literacy programs, role-based training, and adoption support.
- Integrate change management activities into Agile delivery teams, sprint cadences, PI planning, and iterative release cycles.
- Design adoption measurement frameworks using usage analytics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to project leadership, product owners, and technology executives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify AI opportunities and adoption challenges, and define successful future-state processes.
- Translate business needs and adoption gaps into actionable program strategies.
- Present organizational readiness assessments, adoption risks, and benefits realization updates to executive leadership.
- Develop OCM business cases and ROI models focused on productivity improvements, error reduction, cycle-time savings, and capability retention.
- Integrate change management activities into governance processes, including steering committee reporting, risk management, and milestone planning.
- Promote responsible AI adoption by educating teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate change interventions using adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to improve program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, or Transformation.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting AI, automation, or intelligent technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience designing stakeholder personas and use cases that influence product and program decisions.
- Hands-on experience facilitating discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings.
- Demonstrated success building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks for executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with experience embedding OCM activities into Agile delivery.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, AI-assisted workflows, and organizational impacts of AI adoption. Hands-on development experience is not required, but active use of AI tools is expected.
- Experience defining adoption KPIs, measurement strategies, and presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
- Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Content Supply Chain, MarTech, or Digital Asset Management transformation initiatives.
- Background in Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, or Instructional Design.
- Familiarity with AI delivery lifecycle frameworks such as CRISP-DM, Microsoft TDSP, or CPMAI.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Microsoft 365, Miro, or Mural.
- Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and usage analytics tools.
- Experience using JIRA or similar Agile tools, including writing OCM-related user stories and epics.
- Industry experience within Consumer Products, Entertainment, Media, or Consumer Brands.
- Professional certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
