Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Full Time or Part Time Outpatient Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including grief, chronic pain, and behavioral health challenges. This position involves working with a diverse client population—including geriatric clients—and may include providing care through telehealth. The Outpatient Therapist will use evidence-based approaches to support clients on their path toward improved mental wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy using a variety of modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and other behavioral health techniques.
- Provide counseling and support for clients coping with grief, chronic pain, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, including those focused on special education needs or other relevant topics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a therapist or counselor.
- Experience in therapeutic settings, with pediatric experience preferred.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for delivering remote care.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in special education or grief counseling is a plus.

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
