Role Overview
Solon Collision is expanding and opening an additional role for our shop in Aurora. We are looking for a dependable Auto Damage Estimator who can operate independently and provide an excellent experience for our customers.
Solon Collision is a growing collision repair facility based in Aurora, Ohio. We are Ford and GM OEM certified and continue to invest heavily in training, equipment, and manufacturer certifications to ensure vehicles are repaired properly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Write collision repair estimates using CCC ONE
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process
- Write supplements and assist with the repair documentation process
- Maintain organized repair files and estimate documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice entry and file updates for the main location
- Provide clear and professional updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs
- Ensure all work is documented accurately and completed on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience using CCC ONE
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks
- Professional personal appearance
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (some flexibility available)
Growth Opportunity
Solon Collision is continuing to expand and plans to open additional concierge locations beyond our location that is opening shortly in Stow. This role offers long-term opportunity for growth within the company as we continue to add locations and manufacturer certifications.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
