You are NOT selling solar.
Your job is simply to educate homeowners, create curiosity, and schedule complimentary Home Energy Assessments for our Energy Specialists.
If you can build rapport, follow a proven script, and book appointments, we’ll teach you the rest.
CompensationWeekly Base Pay: $300 per week
Qualified Appointment Pay: $100 for every Qualified Sit
Weekly Performance Bonus
Book 5 Qualified Sits in one week and earn an additional: $400 Weekly Bonus
Example Weekly Earnings
- 5 Qualified Sits = $1,200/week
- 6 Qualified Sits = $1,300/week
- 7 Qualified Sits = $1,400/week

- Cash SPIFs

What You’ll Do
- Call homeowners using our proven script.
- Educate homeowners about a new energy option.
- Qualify homeowners.
- Schedule complimentary Home Energy Assessments.
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM.
- Represent Optimized Home Services professionally.

Previous phone sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center experience is a plus - but not required. We’ll train the right person.
