Position: Radio Program Host Part-Time
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and community-focused Radio Program Host/Moderator to join our Spanish-language radio station dedicated to serving the Hispanic community.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for informing, entertaining, and connecting with Spanish-speaking audiences. The host will lead live and recorded radio programs, conduct interviews, moderate discussions, engage listeners, and deliver content that reflects the interests, culture, and needs of the Hispanic community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Host and moderate live and pre-recorded radio programs.
Conduct interviews with community leaders, public officials, business owners, and special guests.
Present news, community information, and entertainment content.
Encourage audience participation through phone calls, social media, and live events.
Promote station programming, special events, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with producers and programming staff to develop engaging content.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong on-air presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
Experience in radio broadcasting, podcasting, public speaking, or media is preferred.
Knowledge of issues affecting the Hispanic community.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.

Schedule Monday to Friday 9AM to 1PM – $30.00 per hour.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Office environment, some repetitive motion required. Requires travel to station events and client sites, valid drivers’ license is required with good driving record. Must have a reliable means of transportation and maintain current insurance and registration.
