RSP USA is seeking a motivated, full-time Sales Representative to conduct virtual sales consultations, manage inbound opportunities, follow up with prospective customers, and close new business.
This position requires strong communication, organization, technical proficiency, and the ability to confidently guide customers through a consultative sales process. The ideal candidate can identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
**In Person during initial training (2 weeks), Remote after training with 1-3 in person team events annually**
Salary: $45,000.00 base pay plus commission. $70,000.00 OTE
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct inbound 5-8 virtual sales presentations daily over Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Microsoft Powerpoint
- Be able to close a warm intent prospect during virtual consultation and if not, through follow up
- Manage daily and weekly scheduled appointments, Maintain positive show rate on inbound appointments
- Qualify leads and Scheduled Appointments through outbound calls/emails/VOIP SMS via CRM (ex: GoHighLevel, Hubspot) and any other lead generating sources.
- Self-generate appointments as needed via warm leads lists, prior bookings, active website browsers, and self-generated webinars.
- Maintain high level of technical proficiency in all RSP web based tools, CRM and sales technical stack.
- Manage Sales Pipeline for all past and current prospects and maintaining pipeline cleanliness via self-auditing.
- Answer emails and voicemails from customers sent directly to you.
- Partner and provide support to post-sales teams with strong handoff
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Ability to demonstrate the features and the services of company website.
- Ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
- Logging CRM notes, updating accurate pipeline statuses for current leads
- Up-selling additional RSP products and services.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, progressive sales success
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service skills
- Strong technical literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate web-based platforms, CRM systems, VoIP phone software, Microsoft 365 applications, and general computer functions.
- High familiarity with CRMs and their functionality (GoHighLevel, Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Punctual, accountable and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple appointments, leads, follow-up activities, and priorities throughout the workday.
- Ability to accept coaching, follow established processes and contribute as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
- Ability to identify problems, exercise sound judgment, and professionally manage challenging customer situations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
