We are an Authorized AT&T Dealer hiring driven, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative in Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas.
This is an in-person, residential sales role where you will meet customers directly in the field, educate them on AT&T wireless services, and help them select the best plan for their needs. No experience is required, we provide full training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative:
- Meet with residential customers face-to-face in assigned Lakeland-area neighborhoods
- Present and explain AT&T wireless plans, promotions, and services
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right wireless solutions
- Help customers complete enrollment, activation, and setup
- Generate new customer opportunities through daily territory activity
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Track progress and activity using simple CRM tools
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Wireless Sales Representative:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
- Coachable and willing to learn sales skills
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
