Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – In-Home Pediatric Therapy

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? Naturally FUNctional Wellness is a holistic pediatric occupational therapy practice serving the East Valley community. We are growing and looking for an experienced OT to join our warm, supportive, and collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years pediatric experience
- Expertise in primitive reflex integration and sensory integration
- Trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and family-focused approach
- Comfortable providing in-home visits with children and families
- Ability to work independently while being a valued part of a supportive team
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy sessions
- Assess and treat children with a focus on reflex integration, sensory processing, regulation, and functional skill development ( OT only)
- Collaborate with families to create individualized therapy plans and home programs
- Provide parent/caregiver education to support carryover of skills
- Document sessions and progress in compliance with professional and practice standards
- Work in partnership with schools, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child holistically
Skills & Qualities
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to adapt interventions to meet unique child needs
- Knowledge of sensory diets, regulation strategies, and primitive reflex integration techniques
- Compassionate, patient, and creative in therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with families
- Organized and reliable with time management and documentation

OT: $65 to $75
COTA: $45 to $60
