Spokane Management Group is actively hiring a Client Account Representative to support a growing telecommunications campaign focused on Quantum Fiber services throughout the Spokane area. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and developing experience in sales, customer support, and account management.
As a Client Account Representative, you will meet directly with customers to explain Quantum Fiber internet service options, assist with account setup, answer questions, and help support overall customer satisfaction. The Client Account Representative plays a key role in daily customer interactions, sales performance, and account growth while representing one of the fastest-growing fiber internet providers in the industry.
Client Account Representative Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to present Quantum Fiber internet and connectivity service options
- Build strong customer relationships through professional customer service and account support
- Assist with new account setup, upgrades, and service recommendations based on customer needs
- Answer customer questions regarding plans, pricing, promotions, and account features
- Maintain accurate customer information and account updates throughout the sales process
- Support daily and weekly sales goals through consistent customer engagement
- Work closely with leadership and team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall sales performance

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
