Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a family-owned business, is in search of a Respiratory Therapist for their specialized Vent unit, one of only 7 in the state! This position entails working alongside a committed team to provide care for ventilator-dependent patients and clients. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with shifts also scheduled on weekends.
Hours: 40/week, 6:45am - 3:15pm
Pay Range (Dependent on Experience): $34.00 - $40.63/hr
Responsibilities include the following:
- Provides Respiratory Therapy services.
- Evaluates residents for treatment planning.
- Implements physician's orders, administers medication, communicates findings to residents and team, develops care plans, coordinates treatment, and assists in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent. New Grads welcomed.
- Current state licensure and be CRT or RRT.
- High level of management and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and residents.
