· BASC and Connors Screenings
· Behavior Management:
o Create, monitor, evaluate behavior support plans, CICO
o Create, monitor, evaluate FBA/BIP
· Parent/Teacher Conferences and Communication
· Crisis Intervention
o Threat assessments
o Crisis Team member
· PBIS Coach
· Member of building student support teams
· Case Management:
o Consultation, coordination, and communication with parents, staff, administrators, and community agencies
o Building transition meetings
o CPS referrals and follow-up
· Scheduling support
· Classroom guidance and Career exploration
· Mediation
· Transition planning
SALARY Plattsburgh Teachers’ Association Contract
