Responsibilities
- Manage late-night front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly, following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction
- Maintain multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support daily operations and future reference
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and maintain property standards
- Uphold hospitality management principles by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering guest relations throughout the night shift
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is highly preferred, especially in front desk or night audit roles
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems (PMS) preferred, but not essential, will be trained on the job.
- Customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a hospitality setting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel management practices is desirable, but also will be trained on the job.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
