Duties
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including safe storage and handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting, restaurant, or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques
