About the Role
As an Electronics Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex electronic assemblies. By utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and testing protocols, you will help drive product excellence and maintain the high standards required for our sophisticated PCB manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities-
Execute functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) to validate the integrity of electronic assemblies.

Diagnose and resolve component-level failures to minimize downtime and optimize production flow.

Manage the calibration and preventative maintenance of testing fixtures to ensure measurement accuracy.

Maintain precise documentation of test outcomes and defect trends within our manufacturing execution systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing processes and improve overall product yield.

Uphold strict ESD-safe protocols and maintain an organized, high-efficiency workstation.

Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or Electrical Technology.

Proficiency in interpreting complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Hands-on experience with diagnostic instrumentation including multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Strong foundational knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and functional verification.

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended production shifts.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

Direct experience operating Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in a high-volume environment.

Technical proficiency in surface mount rework and precision soldering.

Familiarity with data management software and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
