Comtek International is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Associate to support business development, strengthen client relationships, and promote our IT outsourcing solutions. This role involves understanding client needs, demonstrating solutions, and leveraging IT sales expertise to drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships.
Position: Full-Time IT Outsourcing Sales Associate
Work Schedule: 2 days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday)
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; commission-based with no cap.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping informed on Comtek’s extensive services
- Developing a sales strategy, setting sales targets, identifying marketing opportunities, and developing sales leads by assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending solutions.
- Consulting with Comtek internal team consistently
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts
- Initiating after-sales technical support
- Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
- Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
- Advanced knowledge of IT industry terminology and jargon.
- Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
- In-depth knowledge of client behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
