Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a passion for providing an excellent dining experience.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations upon request
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by addressing their needs and requests
- Prepare checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Server or relevant position in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or hospitality coursework is a plus
