We at Coforge are hiring a Customer Service role with below skillset: -
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit and debit card disputes, chargeback processing, fraud operations, banking operations, or financial services customer support.
- Experience using dispute management systems and case management tools.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Typing speed of a minimum of 45 words per minute with accuracy.
- Strong reading comprehension skills.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, card network rules, and dispute resolution processes.
- Previous work experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or card services operations.
