Metro Capital Services is looking to hire a Customer Engagement Representative to support our Kinetic Fiber campaign. This is a customer-facing position, focused on customer communication. In addition to helping individuals better understand available connectivity service options, you will be responsible for account maintenance.
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will work directly with customers, provide information about Kinetic Fiber services, assist with account-related questions, and help create positive customer experiences through professional face-to-face interactions. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable communication and customer support skills.
Core Functions of the Customer Engagement Representative:
- As a Customer Engagement Representative assist customers in learning about available Kinetic Fiber services and connectivity options
- Provide helpful information regarding service features, internet capabilities, and account resources
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive work environment
- Support customers throughout the onboarding and account setup process
- Maintain accurate customer information and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Build positive relationships through consistent communication and follow-up support
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
